Yes. All correspondence is completely confidential, even prior to a formal instruction. Should a client wish to proceed with further work, then the paperwork is put together which includes a NDA. Should a client wish to sign an NDA prior to a formal instruction, as part of a consultation, then this can be arranged.

I'm based in the UK but work overseas as well as on a national basis.

I work with a wide range of clients and subsequent case types. This includes private, legal and corporate clients.

All legal and moral considerations are made prior to the commencement of a task, will be raised as part of the consultation and will be included in the paperwork. 

Every case is different and therefore the relative costs will depend on each unique set of circumstances. All costs are agreed in writing before the commencement of the task.

Prior to any formal instructions, a consultation will take place to discuss the case in more detail. From this, should the client wish to proceed, the relevant paperwork will be put together for both parties to sign. Therefore the first part of any instructing is getting in touch and arranging the consultation.

Yes. I have worked for overseas client with interests in the UK, as well as UK clients with overseas interests. The only consideration regarding any overseas instructions are the relevant legal frameworks for that specific geographical  jurisdiction.
